Work.
Pay.

Community first

Utility grows with participation.

01

Worker choice

Any future WHV payment option is intended to be voluntary. Standard regulated payout routes remain available where required.

02

Useful rewards

WHV may support platform fee credits, learning, verified participation and selected partner benefits—not speculative promises.

03

Community input

Utility priorities and benefit programs can develop through transparent feedback from workers and companies. Allocation details remain to be defined.

Work-payment structure

Where WHV fits.

WHV is planned as an optional utility route around verified work—not as a replacement for the regulated company-payment and payout rails.

  1. 01
    Company funds the shift

The company pays the booking or invoice in the supported fiat currency through the regulated payment flow.

  2. 02
    Work is verified

Shift completion, approved hours, rate and payout entitlement remain connected to one booking record.

  3. 03
    Worker chooses

Where legally available, the worker may choose a standard payout or an eligible optional WHV payment allocation. Consent must be explicit.

  4. 04
    Utility stays useful

WHV may be used for supported WorkHive services, fee credits, rewards, learning and selected community benefits.

Clear by design.

WHV is a planned utility token, not a stablecoin and not an investment, share, security, guaranteed credit product, wage replacement or currently available payment instrument. No fixed value, fiat peg or redemption rate is promised. The 100,000,000 figure is a planned maximum supply—not a valuation. Availability, distribution and worker-payment use depend on legal review, explicit user consent and regulated partners.
